Our mission at Strength & Wellness Personal Training, is to help as many people as we can to move better, get fitter and grow stronger, regardless of their age.
Our one on one and semi-private personal training sessions are designed to help you reach your goals, in a fun, friendly, non-judgemental environment.
Using the principles of functional movement, and with experience in movement restoration, we’ve helped whether that’s to get stronger, increase muscle mass, restore movement and lose body fat.
We are passionate about helping people to achieve their optimal health and wellbeing.
When you join Strength & Wellness Personal Training you’ll be taken though an extensive functional movement assessment.
From this we design a program to help restore any movement disfunction whilst achieving your goals. We do this by using a range of tools including functional bags, kettle bells and suspension straps along with the more traditional equipment such as dumbbells and barbells.
Generally, your program changes every 4 weeks, enough time for you to see progress without your muscles getting to used to the exercises!
